Operating With Excellence
Ben Minicucci Chief Executive Officer and President of Alaska Air Group
Welcome to our 2025 Impact Report.
This report explains how Alaska Air Group — Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Air and McGee Air Services — shows up for the people and communities who rely on us, and how our investments in safety, care and performance translate into measurable outcomes that strengthen the business and allow us to perform and adapt over time.
We publish this annual report for a simple reason: responsibility. A similar term in the Hawaiian language is kuleana, which signifies accountability, privilege and stewardship for what we care for. This report shows what we did, what we learned and where we still have work to do. It’s also how we build trust by showing clearly how we operate, the tradeoffs we make and how we perform.
Our impact goals drive accountability through transparency.
It all starts with our foundational values, which you’ll see throughout this report: Own safety. Do the right thing. Be caring and kind. Deliver performance. We set goals and measure progress because that’s how we get better over time. As an engineer, I believe that what gets measured gets managed. This discipline helps us focus priorities, drive execution and align across our growing global organization. It also creates accountability through transparency, including where we fall short. Our new 2030 impact goals inform decisions across our business and operations, and they’re already shaping strategy and actions as we build for the long term.
After a transformative year, the scale of our responsibility continues to grow.
2025 was one of the most transformative years in our history. Credit to our team for achieving significant integration milestones, which also serve as a foundation for what we’re building as a fourth-largest global carrier in the U.S. We brought Alaska and Hawaiian together as two strong and distinct brands operating on a single platform. We carried more than 58 million people on more than 543,000 flights. We placed our largest fleet order ever, added flights to Asia and Europe and brought Hawaiian Airlines into the oneworld® alliance. Our work is making a difference for more people across a larger part of the world.
Our balanced approach serves everyone who depends on us.
In a volatile industry, we’ve found success by taking a balanced approach. Our responsibility is to deliver value for everyone who depends on us – offering strong careers for our people, taking care of our guests, serving our communities and being good financial stewards for our shareholders. When we deliver across each of these consistently, the business is stronger and more durable over time. We’ve kept honing this approach over the years, which has helped us grow and gain the reputation we have today.
Thank you for taking the time to read this report, for caring about what we do and for holding us to a high standard.

About Us
Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines share rich histories of connecting people and commerce in communities that are uniquely reliant on air travel. The history and experience of each company has infused in our culture the imperative of safety, a sense of responsibility and an acute awareness of how interconnected we are.
Together, we work to deliver value for all our stakeholders, while maintaining the distinct Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines brands that people know and love today. More than 30,000 employees bring our shared values to life every day by owning safety, doing the right thing, being caring and kind and delivering exceptional performance.
In 2025, Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines reached a major milestone by securing a single operating certificate from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, officially uniting as one airline. Together, we are creating value for our customers and communities in a way that no other U.S. airline has by building one unified network, loyalty and systems while continuing to honor and invest in two strong and beloved brands built on 90+ years of service.
As we continue to build on our legacy and become stronger together, we are:
- Providing best-in-class operations - Our airlines finished 2025 at #2 in completion rate and #2 in on-time performance.
- Expanding our network - In 2025, we began selling new international routes between Seattle and Rome, London and Reykjavík, with the first flights scheduled to operate in Spring 2026. We are also offering flights in six foreign currencies and recently unveiled our Japanese-, Korean- and Italian-language websites, helping drive point of sale outside of the United States to support our expanding international service.
- Providing one platform experience for our guests through our shared Passenger Service System, which unifies bookings, websites and the mobile app, as of April 2026.
- Holding ourselves accountable - In this report, we share the results of our 2025 Impact Goals and have set new 2030 Impact Goals as one combined company.
- Strengthening as one team - We united our team around shared values and commitments, while recognizing the distinct cultures, traditions and communities each brand represents. We’ve combined programs, initiatives and operating systems, integrating best-in-class practices from each organization.
We believe that creating long-term value requires us to hold ourselves accountable for our impact on people, places and the planet—and to innovate for a strong and durable future. Our founders were driven by a sense of taking care of all those who depend on us. That is not just our history that we look back at — it is also our present and the key to our future.
